ATL Update VI

Hello friends! We can't believe it's been 6 months since our last update - time really flies!

Well we have officially been living in the ATL for ONE WHOLE YEAR now! We still can't believe it. So those of you who still haven't made the trip over to check out the new place - it's not so new anymore but you're still welcome anytime :) We'd love to have you. We'll be in town a lot more this fall. So seriously, come by!

So since the last update we've:
  • attended 3 weddings and a graduation
  • toured Ireland!
  • celebrated our 2nd anniversary =)
  • been trolls in Toronto
  • made the switch from PC to mac

So some highlights from earlier this summer are seeing Christine graduate from BC Law, being there as Justin & Joy and then David & Melissa tied the knot, and taking first international trip together to IRELAND! You can see pics here. It was an awesome time and such a beautiful country.

Then last month we had our first trolling experience and it was a ton of fun! We spent the weekend at Navneet & Harleen's place in Toronto and enjoyed their wedding festivities. Also last month we made the switch from PC to Mac. The old dell laptop turned 5 this year and just wasn't cutting it so we got an iMac. We are officially obsessed. So all you other macs, let's i-chat soon!! ;)

Shannon's sister, brother and MOM went sky-diving a few weeks ago, as did Matt - so I'm sure Shannon's turn is coming soon since he's been wanting to do it forever and now he's been one-upped by his own Mother! ;) You can see Audra's pics here. Matt has been pretty successful at getting Shannon almost as addicted as he is to surfing and he made another trip out to LA to visit in July. Most recently though he checked out a slope event called Soar Utah just outside Salt Lake City (www.soarutah.com) so his love of all things r/c seems to be stronger than his desire to jump out of a perfectly good airplane - I'll keep my fingers crossed ;)

That's probably good enough for now, eh? But we've been pretty good about updating our blogs, so keeping checking back here and at our travel blog - http://flyingwheats.blogspot.com.
